Clear skin is not just a result of the products you use, but what you put into your body. Start your day with a smoothie; it’s the quickest and easiest way to get fruits into your system and leaves you feeling clean and ready to keep making healthy choices throughout the day.

Ingredients
  1. one banana
  2. 3/4 cup strawberries
  3. 1 1/2 cup hemp milk (or almond)
  4. 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  5. 6 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
